Tuesday & Thursday Dance & Tone Class 9:00am-10:00am

​

Dance and Tone (LIVE In Person and on ZOOM Thursday): Surprise mix of music genres! Some of our favorite dance and toning songs. You won't want to miss this mix! Get ready to sweat, shimmy, shake, and tone those muscles with us! Toning sticks/light dumbbells are optional. Start time is 9:00 am.

Monday Dance Party & Core Class 9:30am-10:30am (NEW Beginning 9/9/24)

Dance Party & Core (LIVE In Person and on ZOOM Wednesday):  This class focuses on easy-to-follow choreography that keeps participants moving to fun music from around the world. 

The class format is a Dance Party Class for 50 minutes followed by 10 minutes of abdominals/core work which is choreographed to music. Start time is 9:30 am.

                  

Wednesday Dance Party Class 9:00am-10:00am

Dance Party (LIVE In Person and on ZOOM Wednesday):  Dance Party Class focuses on easy-to-follow choreography that keeps participants moving to fun music from around the world. It begins with full body warmup and then utilizes simple choreography in a series of fast-paced aerobic dances to get your body going. This class gives the benefits of aerobic exercises that elevate the heart rate by combining high and low (intervals) rhythms to sculpt your body while burning fat. When you dance for fitness, you get many physical and mental health benefits, including: better heart health and stronger muscles. Join the party!! Start time is 9:00 am.
